Happy Fall!  I wanted to take a moment to share with you a FAST, EASY and SPECTACULAR recipe for moist pumpkin muffins.  I have had these brought to me TWICE in the last few weeks (thank you Rebecca and Diana).  We don’t waste time and share anything we don’t love, so if you are a pumpkin lover, you have to try this!  Don’t be fooled by it’s somewhat pathetic appearance.  It’s going to knock your socks off.  If looks are a big deal for you, add some cream cheese frosting and make everyone even happier.

This is all you need, and I’m not even kidding.

Spice cake mix

One can of pumpkin

One bag of cinnamon chips

(Diana added a tsp of baking soda to give them a little lift.  This is totally optional)

Mix it together and throw it in some cute fall baking cups.  Bake for 12-15 minutes at 350.  Hopefully, you are going to get about 24.  Your people are going to love you.
